After giving a bill of seven crores to a person in Delhi, now another customer has had a similar experience.
If you sit in a rickshaw and it takes you ten minutes, how much will your fare be? It could be 30, 40 rupees, or even 100 to 200 rupees. But what will you do if, after a ten-minute ride, you are handed a bill of one crore rupees? This is not an exaggeration, as a person in Bangalore was charged one crore rupees for a ten-minute ride. After receiving such a bill, the person was shocked. However, after the person complained, the Uber company (Uber Auto) apologized and made efforts to resolve the matter.
Uber, a well-known company worldwide, is currently facing many problems. Just two days ago, a post from a person in Noida went viral. In that post, the person had been charged 7.66 billion by an Uber auto for a trip. Despite Uber reassuring to resolve this issue, they once again surprised everyone by sending a bill of one billion within two days.
In Bangalore, a person took a ride from Uber auto for just 10 minutes and the company sent him a bill of more than 1 billion rupees. Uber has apologized and assured to investigate this incident.
The amount of 1,03,11,055 rupees was converted from 207 rupees.
Shriraj Nilesh is a person who originally hails from Hyderabad and had come to Bangalore for work purposes. He posted a video about it on Instagram. Shriraj mentioned that he was accompanied by his wife and they had booked an auto through the Uber app for their journey from Tin Factory, KR Puram to Koramangala. However, when they reached their intended destination and tried to pay the fare, Shriraj’s eyes widened. The bill showed an amount of Rs. 1,03,11,055 to be paid through a QR code. Afterward, he attempted to seek assistance from customer care, but unfortunately, he did not receive any response. As a result, he decided to create a video as evidence.
